Steak & Potatoes

There's a lot of great recipes in the May 2014 issue. In most issues of any magazine, I might try 2 of the recipes, so the idea of undertaking all of them in a month is daunting (but exciting!)

For one dinner, I knocked out 3 recipes; soy-lemon flank steak with arugula, crispy potatoes with rosemary and walnut brownie cookies.

We loved them all, especially the potatoes. This is how I'm going to roast potatoes from now on, and I can't wait to try it with different varieties and flavors. 




I made the steak on Thursday, April 24th, and on Wednesday, April, 30th is was still delicious. I don't know if you should keep meat around that long to eat it. I didn't give any to my baby, who really missed out, because she loves steak



I should mention that there were so many leftovers, that we had steak on a blue cheese salad the next day, and steak crostini the next!
